For the purposes of these Terms, the Program Name refers to Prestige Electric (the "Program").

Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Prestige Electric related to appointment reminders, account and service notifications, customer care, and promotional offers and discounts.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting your phone number and affirmatively selecting the SMS consent checkbox on our web form at prestigeelectricco.com, by texting a keyword to our number, or through another method where you provide express consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send the message STOP to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
